Ahasss plot
Jake leaves the countryside behind and heads to the city to look for work. However, as a vagabond he ends up in prison. There he is helped by a man who takes him to the house of a retired American veteran. Jake goes to work there as a house boy. The broad and grumpy American turns out to have a Filipina wife: the beautiful Adelyn. However, Jake soon discovers that the rich lady is not happy and is being mistreated. After they fall for each other, Adelyn asks Jake to help her escape her abusive husband.
