Achttien plot

Koen is a fatherless, eighteen-year-old boy who wants to break free from the strong bond with his mother and struggles with the balance between independence and love. When he meets Colet in the graveyard of his village, he keeps her at a distance at first, but Colet's qualities (an enterprising and anarchic girl) quickly make him attracted to her. Colet finds it incomprehensible that Koen does not feel the slightest curiosity about his unknown father and it is her impulsive mind that starts a search for him.
