To his surprise, Joachim is accepted into the renowned drama school in Munich and moves in with his grandparents in their stately villa. There, he experiences a daily life full of peculiar rituals, characterized by the charming eccentricity and alcoholic habits of his grandmother and grandfather. At the same time, Joachim delves into the intense and often bizarre world of theater, where passion, competition, and self-presentation set the tone. Between rehearsals and the idiosyncrasies of family life, Joachim becomes entangled in a whirlwind of doubts, bizarre encounters, and inspiring moments.
