A Vision of Murder: The Story of Donielle plot

As a child, Donielle (Melissa Gilbert) has visions of murders that have yet to take place. Having just moved to a sleepy provincial town, she runs into the seemingly nice Doug Brister (Thomas Ian Griffith) at the local pub. She soon has visions of gruesome murders that are about to be committed in the town. She suspects that Doug is the culprit, but of course can't prove anything.
