A Town in Nova Scotia plot

Following the death of his beloved wife, the daughter of the Irish Leon proposes that he come live with her in the picturesque Canadian province of Nova Scotia. While considering her proposal, Leon commits to making his aging apartment building safer, following a deadly fire in a similar building in London. Together with his neighbor and old best friend Saleh, Leon turns the quiet life of their fellow residents upside down.
