A Part of the Family plot

"No one could ever love her like Daddy did."

They have a busy life. Ted (Robert Carradine) as a reporter who wants to move up the ranks at a tabloid magazine and Wendy (Elizabeth Arlen) as a medical biologist in fertilization. When they finally find the time for their honeymoon, they combine this with a visit to her parents, whom she hasn't seen for years after an incident, and who also don't know her husband yet. Her brother Marc (George Newbern) also has someone to include in the family. However, there is no question of a romantic honeymoon when it turns out that her father wants to take her into his village practice.
