A Mother's Justice plot

Lilah Comminger is overcome with emotion when she learns that her 23-year-old daughter Debby has been beaten and raped. Lilah is very angry, but above all feels powerless. At first she tries to distance herself from the police investigation, but her patience runs out when the investigation stagnates due to lack of manpower. Lilah takes matters into her own hands and acts as bait with the intention of becoming the rapist's next victim so that he can be arrested.
