A Matter of Choice plot

Two bored and cocky upper-class youths, Tony and Mike, go out on the town and get into a fight with a police officer. They start to fight and at some point they unwittingly push him in front of a moving car. John, the driver of the car, is a man who has an extramarital affair with the married Lisa. The latter is sitting next to him in the car. He gets out and chases the two, but is knocked down by them. Coincidentally, the duo drag John into the garage of Lisa's house. Diabetic John is found unconscious by an ambulance crew and rushed to hospital for a much-needed insulin shot, while the two youths are arrested by the police. At the police station, Lisa must answer questions from her unbelieving husband, while the two youths face a thorough interrogation about the events of the previous night.
