A Lower Power plot

"In the battle between his head and his heart, there was a weapon bigger than both of them."

The parents of Thibodeaux, a gay young man from San Francisco, have a hedonistic lifestyle; pleasure is the most important thing in life for them. Thibodeaux, however, does not agree with their way of life and fervently desires to have the guts to make that clear to them. However, when he becomes aware of his own sexual desires, he tries with all his might to suppress them. As a result, his friends abandon him and what's worse, he chases the man of his dreams away.
