A Gift of Love: The Daniel Huffman Story plot

Since his parents' divorce, 15-year-old Daniel Huffman has been living with his grandparents with his sister. His grandmother Shirlee encourages him to fulfill his dream of excelling in football and getting a scholarship as a sports student at university. When Shirlee becomes ill and needs a kidney transplant, Daniel is faced with a dilemma as a possible donor: he would like to donate a kidney to help his grandmother, but then there is a good chance that his sports career will be jeopardized....
