A Brother's Kiss plot

Mick's brother calls him in the early hours and sounds very confused. He goes to him and asks what's going on. It turns out to be his birthday, but he forgot. Years ago on his birthday, he was raped by a police officer and his big brother came to his rescue and stabbed the officer with a knife. Times change, however, they grow apart and also their agreement to stay away from alcohol and drugs eventually comes to nothing.
