Omnibus film for the fiftieth anniversary of Singapore consisting of: 'Cinema', a return to the golden age of Malaysian cinema. in 'That Girl', twelve-year-old Cai Yun's crush causes his classmate Ah Shum to get into trouble with her parents. 'The Flame' is about the dilemmas of the people of Indian descent in Singapore just after Singapore's independence. In 'Bunga Sayang' two opposites find each other in the music. In 'Pineapple Town', Ning searches for the mother of her adopted child. In 'Parting', Ismail returns to a Singapore that has changed for him. Finally, in 'Grandma Positioning System (GPS)' we see a boy visiting his grandfather's grave during Qing Ming.
