3 Needles plot

The film is a triptych, with AIDS as the central theme. The story begins in South Africa, where three nuns work in an AIDS clinic. They see it as their job to convert Africans dying from AIDS to Catholicism before their souls are lost. Meanwhile, Jin Ping is setting up a mobile blood donation center in China, somewhere in a small town. The inhabitants of the town earn a nice pocket money by donating their blood and are therefore happy with the initiative of Jin Ping. Not long after, however, the wife and daughter of one of the local farmers mysteriously die and then most of the rest of the town's inhabitants also contract the strange disease? Jin Ping and his mobile company have since gone up in smoke. Finally, the story continues in North America, where Denny, a second-rate porn actor, passes his monthly HIV test using blood samples from someone else, until things go wrong and he's caught.
