27 Down plot
Sanjay (MK Raina) used to dream of becoming an artist, but eventually becomes a conductor. With this he follows in the footsteps of his father Anna (Om Shivpuri), who is no longer able to work due to a paralyzed leg. With this job, Sanjay is able to support his family. He makes long journeys on the Bombay-Varanasi Express. Here he meets Shalini (Raakhee Gulzar) and they fall in love. However, Shalini introduces Sanjay to her family as a married colleague. He doesn't understand why Shalini is lying about this.
