Z Channel: A Magnificent Obsession plot

A documentary in which many filmmakers tell about Z-Channel, one of the first paid movie cable channels in the United States, and about the life of the channel's programmer, Jerry Harvey. Z-Channel was a huge influence on the Los Angeles movie scene at a time when there were hardly any videos. For the first time, classics were brought into the living room. Jerry Harvey, meanwhile, had a very difficult private life.
