Wildcat plot
Harry Turner is eighteen years old when he is deployed to Afghanistan. When the Briton returns from the war, he is a broken man. Struggling with PTSD, depression and suicidal thoughts, he travels deep into the Peruvian rainforest, where he meets American Samantha. Together they take care of an orphaned ocelot.

Beautiful, poignant documentary about two traumatized young people who take care of orphaned animals deep in the Peruvian rainforest. In particular, the sight of the newborn ocelot that the two take care of immediately melts your heart. The documentary shows in a compelling way how caring for wildlife brings these two broken people together and gives them new motivation to live on, no matter how physically difficult and emotionally grueling certain moments may be. handkerchief at hand; this beautifully realized documentary cuts right into it.
