Who Killed Nancy? plot
October 12, 1978. Room 100, in the Chelsea Hotel, with a faded 19th century facade intended to hide a clientele of junkies. The floor of the small suite bathroom is covered in blood. And between the toilet and the sink lies the body of a woman, a peroxide blonde in black bra and panties. Her name is Nancy Spungen, a twenty-year-old former stripper, prostitute and groupie. She also had the dubious honor of being the girlfriend of the Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious. Sid was arrested and charged with the murder, but the case never came to trial. His guilt was not proven and so he cried out his innocence. Alan G. Parker sets out on a quest to discover the truth behind this crime.
