Voor, Tijdens en Na - Chili, 5 Oktober plot

Documentary about the referendum on October 5, 1988, in which the Chilean people could say whether they wanted a continuation of the Pinochet dictatorship or preferred democracy. The film starts the day before the referendum and follows several people in their struggle to say 'no' to Pinochet en masse. If the 'no' voters win and Pinochet is voted out, there will be repercussions.
