Une Jeune Fille de 90 Ans plot
The geriatric hospital is quiet until the famous choreographer Thierry Thieû Niang enters the building. Music fills the empty corridors and he brings Alzheimer's patients to life with dance workshops. He doesn't just dance for the elderly, he dances with them: to the tunes of old French folk music, he lifts them in his arms, circles and sways as if there were no physical limitations. Niang takes them to memories long gone and brings them to their dreams, desires, pain and sorrow. Thanks to the music and the movements that are unusual for them, many patients revive not only physically, but also mentally. One of them is 92-year-old Blanche Moreau. The intimacy of the dancing and the charge of the music awaken feelings of love in her.
