Under Tomorrow's Sky plot

The world's population will grow by billions in the coming decades, and the majority of those new earthlings will live in cities. In order to keep future urban life pleasant and healthy, construction will have to be done differently. That is the view of Winy Maas, co-founder of the globally operating architectural firm MVRDV. Instead of uniform residential towers, he argues for “high-rise buildings on a human scale”, stacked building volumes with open space and greenery in between, which feel like a vertical village.
