Tokyo Is Dreaming plot

A portrait of the Japanese capital Tokyo, a bustling metropolis, portrayed as a large city symphony in the vein of, for example, a 'Man with a Movie Camera' (aka 'Chelovek's Kino-Apparatom' from 1929). The camera is used to capture workers, travelers and recreation, but also the lesser sides of urban life, such as alienation and the people on the fringes of society.
