Thomas Pesquet, l'Étoffe d'un Héros plot

Stress resistance and a strong morale are two qualities that helped the enthusiastic pilot Pesquet aboard a space mission. His physical and mental preparation lasted seven years. We mainly follow the last year of the demanding and complex preparation, which he went through together with the Russian pilot Oleg Novitsky and the American astronaut Peggy Whitson. The latter is incidentally the most experienced space traveler on our planet. Surrounded by an army of engineers, the crew practices in extreme situations and disaster scenarios, finally, after all simulations in Houston, Baykonur and Moscow, they are ready to do the real work in orbit for 196 days.
