The White Maze: There Is Always a Way plot
It is the dream of Matthias Haunholder and Matthias Mayr to ski from the Gora Pobeda in the Chersky Mountains in Eastern Siberia. They first saw the mountain from an airplane. It looked like a huge white maze. Without routes. Gora Pobeda is known as a difficult mountain to climb. It is steep and stony with a top full of ice and is terribly remote in a mountain area larger than the Alps. The nearest road is 350 kilometers away and the helicopter landing site is 1,300 kilometers away. Moreover, this is the coldest residential area there is with -68 degrees Celsius.
