Dracula became the protagonist in multiple horror classics and satires. Bela Lugosi, Christopher Lee, Paul Naschy, Louis Jordan, Udo Kier and many others played the role of the Transylvanian count. Vampires have been icons of evil in folklore and popular culture for three centuries, but only one name still personifies the ultimate aristocrat of the thirst for blood: Dracula.
