The Srebrenica Tape – From Dad, for Alisa plot

In July 1995, Serbian troops captured Srebrenica and murdered 8,000 Muslim men. The Serbian troops destroyed every trace of the inhabitants of Srebrenica: their diaries, photographs and letters. One VHS survived this destruction. A unique document: a four-hour film that describes in emotional detail the daily life in the enclave and was recorded for one viewer: Alisa, the then nine-year-old daughter of Sejfo, a fervent amateur filmmaker and resident of Srebrenica. Alisa returns to Srebrenica to follow in her father's footsteps.
