The Soiled Doves of Tijuana plot

Dressed in their best clothes and tight in their make-up, or resembling the Blessed Virgin Mary as much as possible, they live in their own world: the inhabitants of the red light district of the Mexican border city of Tijuana. The infamous Zona Norte neighborhood is where they stay, but their minds are always elsewhere. Their turbulent lives are brought to the fore. Those who surrender to their addiction, who prostitute themselves, who are inextricably linked to this neighborhood without a permanent residence, take you deep into Zona Norte.
