The Socialist, the Architect and the Twisted Tower plot

Documentary about the design and construction of the Turning Torso, the highest residential flat in Europe. Two men have a lot at stake: world-famous architect Santiago Calatrava, who is now designing his first skyscraper, and the director of a cooperative housing association, Johnny rbäck. He uses all his influence to get this prestigious project off the ground. The Turning Torso should put Malmö on the map. However, the project quickly went over budget.
