The Invisible Men plot
"A side of the conflict that you won't find in the news"
Palestinian gay Louie has been living illegally in Tel Aviv for eight years. There he comes into contact with 24-year-old Abdu, who was tortured by the Palestinian security service because of his sexuality. The young Fares also prefers an insecure existence in the Israeli city to the threats in his homeland. These men are hiding in Tel Aviv, where their lives are anything but secure. With the constant risk of getting caught, the men live a double life. Without a passport, address, bank account, friends or loved ones, Tel Aviv is a veritable prison. In addition, the Israeli government strictly forbids providing aid to illegal Palestinians. The men seem to be on their own.
