The Flat plot

Gerda Tuchler dies in Tel Aviv at the age of 98. Soon after, her family, including her grandson Arnon Goldfinger, gathers in her flat to resolve her legacy. The grandparents of this filmmaker have lived here for seventy years. The apartment contains the evidence of a richly filled life. Among the documents are also the evidence of an incredible friendship between grandfather Kurt Tuchler, once Jewish judge and Zionist in Berlin, and the commander of the SS Department of Jewish Affairs, Baron Leopold von Mildenstein.
