The Blind Couple from Mali plot

The documentary tells the story of the extraordinary duo Amadou and Mariam as they work on their final album and give a unique concert in their homeland of Mali, ravaged by internal tensions. Since the 1980s, they have reached millions of people around the world and are the face of modern West African music. With their final album before Amadou's passing in April 2025, they hope to bring people together and inspire them.
