The Big Pink plot

In the mid-1960s, Monica and Frans live with their three children just like any normal family. Until Monica falls in love with Adrian, Frans's best friend. In 1967, the two become infected with the hippie virus and decide to pack their bags and travel around the world for two decades. In Thailand, a third man, Ekki, comes into play, and two more children are born. They also adopt a child in Senegal. A portrait of this special family.
