The Bhutto Saga or Politics in the Blood plot

Documentary about the Pakistani political dynasty of the Bhutto family. When Benazir Bhutto became Prime Minister of Pakistan in 1988 at the age of 35, she was the first woman ever to take charge of a Muslim country. She was Prime Minister from 1988 to 1990 and from 1993 to 1996. In the run-up to the 2008 elections, she was assassinated in December 2007 after giving a political speech in Rawalpindi. It was a new and painful low in the history of Bhutto clan, a family that had been involved in Pakistan's political leadership, government or opposition for 40 years.
