Tales from Dell City, Texas plot

Dell City, Texas, just 70 miles east of El Paso, was once a thriving ranch town with a population of several thousand and an important water hub for the region. Slowly but surely, the city has been declining for years and has fallen into disrepair. Now she's just a few hundred stubborn souls devoted to living in what was once their desert oasis. This film documents the downward spiral by asking old residents what they would do if they made a film about the city.
