Surbiles plot

The surbiles are women who look like everyone else, but who leave their physical bodies between sunrise and sunrise, in their sleep or through drugs, sneak into houses where children live and drink their blood. In the past, these women in the villages of Central Sardinia were held responsible for the sudden and unexplained deaths of many children. The film tells and reconstructs some such stories, based on an anthropological study.
