Stalin Vspomnil o Vas plot

Boris Efimov has drawn a political cartoon of just about all major world events. Efimov worked all his life for Russian magazines and newspapers such as Pravda and so had to sign for a long time under the extremely strict supervision of Stalin. He still harbors ambivalent feelings for the dictator, he says in the many conversations director McNeer had with him just before he died at the age of one hundred and eight.
