Sarajevo Film Festival plot

Two people are followed during the Sarajevo Film Festival 'Beyond the End of the World': festival director Haris Pasovic and architecture student Marijla Marketa. He organised a busy festival in the heart of this city; she is one of the visitors. Accompanied by the sound of grenades, she watches the films of world-famous directors. We also see her in a more everyday situation: at home with her father and sister. Her mother has passed away.
