Reckless Indifference plot

This documentary tells the story of how a minor disturbance at the home of a juvenile drug dealer resulted in the death of the dealer's best friend. This boy turns out to be the son of a high-ranking police officer. The subsequent trial of the possible perpetrators turns out to have not been according to the usual procedure at all, just as the punishment was one that was disproportionate.
