Prism plot
One of the many ways in which racism has been enshrined in film culture is technical in nature: the light for film cameras has always been calibrated for white skin, and other production tools throughout film history also exhibit this bias. In this documentary, three filmmakers collectively explore the literal, theoretical and philosophical dimensions of that reality.
