Pileci Izbori plot
A Serbian traffic cop visits his grandmother who lives alone on a remote farm. He hands her a cell phone and impatiently tries to explain to her how it works. Meanwhile, she complains about theft and ailments. It is set against the background of early elections, for which a man distributes ballots on a moped. Director Radovanovic sketches without explanation or comment a farming village community that has to learn to deal with the changing time. The events are accompanied by music and mirrored in archival images from the 'good old days': folk dancing, horse-drawn carriage rides and cheerful woodcutting.
