Few murderers ever commit murder again after becoming famous for murder. In 2023, 18 years after Natalee's disappearance, Beth Holloway finally gets her day in court with Joran, who admits for the first time that he killed her daughter. If you didn't know that Joran van der Sloot is a psychopath and a pathological liar - or have never heard of him - then this documentary may have something to offer you. But in fact this is an in-depth reconstruction of events that have already been widely reported in the media. The relatives of Natalee Holloway, murdered in 2005, and Stephany Flores, murdered in 2015, have their say, as do the mother of Van der Sloot's child and his mistress. An old-fashioned piece of exploitation, certainly not interesting for those who followed the news at the time.
