Out of the Darkness plot

"A Doctor's House Call at 9.000 Feet to Cure Blindness"

Worldwide, most blind people live in remote and poor regions, and most of the doctors who could treat them work in major cities. dr. Sanduk Ruit and Dr. Geoff Tabin have found a portable (i.e. mobile) and inexpensive way to perform surgery that can restore sight. This has become their life's work. They move to the most remote part of Nepal, the northeast, with their entire hospital carried by a few porters.
