Olanda plot

In Romania's Transylvanian Alps, entire families spend the summer in makeshift camps, searching for mushrooms and berries. The informal structures of this microcosm are the smallest link in a European industrial chain. Before it lands on your plate, the food has already gone through a long and intensive journey.
