Every year 100,000 children in Europe die from environmental diseases. 70% of cancers are related to the environment, of which 30% is due to pollution and 40% to food. Every year in France, an increase of 1.1% in childhood cancers is observed. The number of cancers has increased by as much as 93% in the last 25 years. In a small French village in the heart of the Cevennes, the mayor has decided to tackle the problem. The food in the school canteen will be organic from now on. Here, as with the entire population, there is a fear of industrial pollution. A battle begins in this small village that will ensure that our children will not accuse us tomorrow.
