Nice Places to Die plot

Life and death are closely related and in some cultures so close that people live together with their dead. Director Bernd Schaarmann is the son of a funeral director himself and looks at how they deal with the dead in different cultures. That is why he takes the viewer to places like Manila, Sulawesi, Cairo and Argentina, where people show much less fear of the subject of 'death', in contrast to Europe.
