Naila and the Uprising plot

Personal portrait of Palestinian resistance leader Naila Ayesh, who led the civil resistance movement with an underground network of women during the First Intifada in 1987. Their non-violent actions and demonstrations for Israel's independence brought global attention to the Palestinian cause for the first time. Ayesh always emphasized that two peoples in a field should in any case have equal rights and not that one oppresses the other.
