My Future plot

My Future follows an 18-year-old girl, Tsega, for more than 3 months during the most important period of her life: she has just finished her national exam and she waits impatiently for the results that will determine her future. She lives with her mother, brothers and sisters in appalling conditions in a small, isolated village in the north of Ethiopia, where the old religious traditions determine their lives. If she succeeds she will get a chance to develop her talents, if not she will have to stay in the village, get married and have children.
