My Backyard, de Serengeti plot

Documentary about the Dutch nature filmmaker Hugo van Lawick and his team. They are followed as they shoot in the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania for the nature film Serengeti Symphony from 1998. Daily life in the Ndutu base camp in the Serengeti is discussed and a look behind the scenes is given during the filming of the different animals. In addition, the departure of Van Lawick from the camp due to health reasons is discussed.
