Forty years after François Mitterrand came to power as President of France in May 1981, we look back on his relationship with artists. During his reign, a number of large (art) works were realized that bear his stamp. His friends, his close associates and his daughter Mazarine Pingeot paint a unique portrait of François Mitterrand.
