Milton Glaser: To Inform and Delight plot

Born in 1929, Milton Glaser is a prominent graphic designer (for example, the 'I New York' logo is his hand), teacher and benefactor. Interviews are used to paint a picture of his life, starting with his studies at the New York High School of Music and Art. His time at the Cooper Union, in Italy, his marriage and various collaborations, such as founding the Push Pin Studios, New York Magazine, designing the Grand Union supermarkets and his work for The Nation are also covered. All this interspersed with many examples from his work.
