Loverboyteam plot

The Regional Criminal Investigation Service of the Rotterdam-Rijnmond police force has put together a special team as a test: the Loverboy team. This special Loverboy team is looking for new methods to better track down loverboys and get them convicted more often. This unique trial will run for two years with the aim of provoking debate about combating loverboy practices. How difficult is it actually to track down perpetrators and, above all, to have them prosecuted and why are their young victims, often underage girls, eventually hiding somewhere in the Netherlands and only reporting them sparsely?
